What people are saying

“I suffered with chronic pain from a cycling injury for years. Physical therapy and steroid shots were only partially effective. Doctors told me I’d be happier if I just learned to accept the pain and disability. Luckily, I found Kacey. Her treatments have considerably reduced my pain levels and restored a great deal of functionality to my legs. I can now hike a few miles; something that I was told by a doctor I would never do again! Kacey is friendly and knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering with musculoskeletal pain.” – Denise (50 yo female with autoimmune disorder and chronic pain)

“As a physical therapist myself, when I had a pectoralis injury that was affecting my ability to work out, I knew what to work on to improve it. However, the resultant ongoing pain and muscle tension around my shoulder girdle from the pain and compensations wasn’t improving with what I could do. Zach used his expertise and needling techniques to target those tension sites and trigger points. There was some initial soreness but then over the next few days it felt better and better and it was exactly what I needed to get over the hump to reduce the flare ups and finally get back to normal. I can’t thank Zach enough!” – Terri (41 yo female with pec strain)

“I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but after my first treatment with Dr. (Zach) Ness, I felt immediate and lasting improvement in areas of my body that have been problematic for years. Even including my neck and shoulders. I’ve had him treat other areas too and every time he is very professional, courteous and attentive to what is happening with me. I would happily and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone hoping to find relief!” – Patrick (44 yo male with neck and back pain)

“I had heard of dry needling before but my fear of needles made me hesitant to try it. Zach and Kacey talked me through the process in a clear and helpful manner when a muscle spasm was making me miserable. Their calm and professional approach got me through it, and when I experienced the relief I needed, I knew I was right to trust them.“ – Rebecca (36 yo female with neck pain)
